We provide Extra Small Group Tours for visitors from across the world, taking clients for short walks in the Highlands, visits to Castles, Standing Stones, historical sites, and Natural locations

Someone who is willing to take the lead in a group situation and highlight everything wonderful about Scotland
A good, skilled driver who is considerate of their passengers and comfort
A storyteller. Scots have a reputation as good story tellers and we look for people who can confidently bring Scotland to life through the art of storytelling.
Our Tour Guides must be able think on their feet and be able to adapt to a variety of situations and be comfortable in handling them

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills are essential as you'll be talking to clients from all over the world from, different backgrounds and cultures
Willingness to learn if you're willing to learn and have a good cheerful outlook, then we believe that any knowledge can be gained
Good, safe, and considerate Driving Skills
Critical thinking skills and initiative

Requirements:

A current and valid, full, UK Driving license
Able to start in Edinburgh
Willingness to spend nights away

Desirable, though not essential

Previous Experience as a Tour Guide
5 Star reviews on TripAdvisor and/or other review sites
Speak multiple languages

Job Type

Permanent Contracts
Full time and part time Positions available flexible working patterns can be discussed
Single Day and Multi Day, overnight tours
Working hours in peak season will be more than offseason with time in lieu earned and given back during the winter months
28 Days Annual Leave per year
