Join us as a Technology Business Analyst

Take on a critical role defining and realising fantastic solutions for communicating with our customers, providing knowledge and guidance on systems that can help us deliver for our stakeholders
You'll be working in a vibrant, forwardlooking team, and helping us to shape the future of our business and the strategic roadmap for our customer communications systems
It's a great chance to broaden your stakeholder network and liaise with colleagues across our different functions
This role is available for a period of 12 months

What you'll do

In the course of your work, we'll also look to you to build, manage, and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

You'll be talking to colleagues who range from being technicalexperts to business users who need their requirements to be met.

You'll also:

Lead or support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
Provide guidance and advice to achieve the desired outcomes from our systems
Identify and support implementation tasks, dependencies and risks
Trace and link business requirements to future state design
Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project to validate the solution design
Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing
