Description

We are looking for someone to join us at our offices based at Trafford Park as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Tranquil IT was originally formed back in 2003 and up until recently was a family business. In 2018 Tranquil IT's ownership changed and is now proudly part of the 2CRSi group. Tranquil IT will grow over the coming years and we want someone to help us achieve our goals.


Daily tasks include:


  • Invoice processing
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Purchase Ledger including invoice processing and statement reconciliations.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Basic administration
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

  • Excellent timemanagement and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Essential:

  • AAT Qualification (Level 3 or 4)
  • Experience with Ms Office (Outlook and Excel)
  • Experienced in Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger/Nominal Ledger
  • OrderWise experience
  • Multi-Currency experience
  • Knowledge of importing
  • Experience of process and documents mapping

Salary Starting:
£10-£11per hour, depending on experience


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 12-16 per week

From £10.00 per hour
