We are on the search for driven, resilient, and self-motived people to join our new growing

London Soho Office. Our new trainee programme kicks off in February

The leaders in the business have a combined 30+ years successfully in the recruitment sector.

We are on the lookout for the future leaders of the business who will be trainees we hire over the next 18 months.

Plans over the next 18 months:

15-person headcount
grow to 30 in our London HQ.
Open office in Manchester.

Job Role:

360 role for the Education market.
Recruiting for shortterm, longterm, and permanent SEND teaching and support positions.
Managing the entire recruitment cycle with responsibility for large volume accounts.
Building new and maintaining relationships.
Comply with company management systems, payroll, and billing policies and procedures, including accurate database management.

Selfmotivated and Driven.
Proactive, Relentless attitude, Resilient.
Have good communication skills.
Be persuasive, and persistent.
Able to cope with pressure.
Flexible and adaptable.

What we can offer you:

Base salary between £24k

- £28k + uncapped commission.

Excellent, uncapped commission structure.
