The Role:
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to lead a Property Support team.

The Property Support team will support the wider Property team with the management of repair and maintenance through to management of refurbishments, remodelling and extensionsof properties.


The property manager will provide support and oversight with administering both planned and preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring that compliance standards are achieved, contractors and the property team are providing the agreed level ofservice.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Property and Property Managers with delivery of the property strategy, pipeline management, budget control and reporting, developing, and implementing best practice property management processes;
  • Support the fieldbased property team and operational colleagues with management of maintenance tasks, including being the first point of contact for enquiries from colleagues and contractors;
  • Support with management of the regional planned preventative maintenance plan and coordinate day to day tasks around this plan;
  • Build excellent customer relations with the relevant internal Operational teams;
  • Attend weekly calls and regular face to face meetings, taking responsibility for service delivery issues and providing regular reporting updates;
  • Lead a team working in a fast paced environment, working closely with other internal support functions;
  • Oversee management and continuous improvement of the property system, maintaining and update any relevant property database for regular reporting;
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs and service level agreements, creating and distributing reports that track and evidence service standards;
  • In addition, taking responsibility for health and safety;
  • Undertaking training and development deemed necessary, occasional travel, having a good operating standard of IT competence
  • Providing great customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Managing multiple tasks and reactive maintenance tasks are effectively planned and commitments are adhered to.
  • Demonstrable experience of providing high quality customer service
  • A strong understanding of implementing and maintaining systems and processes which provide excellent outcomes
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and property management systems
  • Strong understanding of compliance with statutory regulations and any other regulatory and legal requirements that impact the role
