Senior Business Analyst, Global Payroll, Reading, Mainly Remote
Senior Business Analyst required to work for a Professional Services company based in Reading. However, due to Covid-19, this will be practically all remote. You will travel to Reading on the 'odd' occasion, but essentially it is remote.


We not only need a seasoned Business Analyst for this, but we need you to have Payroll experience as a Business Analyst.

This is ESSENTIAL. Any exposure to Salesforce would help too. Read on for more details


Key Responsibilities

  • The Senior BA will need to understand client's requirements and objectives and be able to document current processes as well as future ways of working, identifying any gaps and where technical solutions are required ensuring these are clearly specified.
  • The Senior BA will work with teams across the company including robotics, automation and AI as well as external suppliers, as required, in order to identify the appropriate
solution, ensure it is clearly documented, reviewed, approved and implemented in line with the proposed delivery schedule.

  • Additional responsibilities could include working with our local in country service partners as well as clients to document requirements and propose solutions to support the delivery of company services from Global Payroll.

Requirements:


  • Experience of running process reviews, gap analysis and documenting processes as well as being able to clearly define technical solution specifications is required as well as
proven history of implementation of process improvements.
