Job Description and Person Specification

We are looking for motivated Support Workers to join a new service in our Supported Living Services team to support those with learning disabilities within their home and the community.

You will play an important part in an inspiring and rewarding role enabling them to live a fulfilling life.

By providing personal care and support, you will promote maximum independence, responsibility, self-confidence and social skills, whilst exploring positive opportunities for him to access community life.
