Our client is a successful independent estate agency based in Epsom. They're looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in property to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for an opportunityfor career progression.

As a Sales Manager, you'll be required to work the following:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am
6:00 pm
1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu

The successful Sales Manager will be offered:

Basic £25,000
£30,000 (Depending on Experience),
On target earnings of £50,000
5% of branch sales
3% of own sales made
Progression opportunities

To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have the following:

Previous leadership experience in Property
Excellent ability to build rapport and exceptional customer service skills
Motivated to exceed targets
A proactive and positive approach to business generation
Full UK driver's license
Hardworking with great attention to detail

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve the following:

Set up sales objectives and ensure they're hit
Mentor and train staff
Build strong and longstanding customer relations
Maximising income profit and growth revenues
Negotiating and closing for sales
