A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented pattern cutter to join our busy and friendly North London atelier on a full-time basis.


  • Have at least 3 years' experience of couture bridal / evening wear pattern cutting.
  • Have the ability to create made to measure patterns confidently for both toiles and garments.
  • Be proficient in the use of Gerber.
  • Have excellent creative manual pattern cutting skills.
  • Have knowledge and experience in grading using both manual and digital techniques.
  • Have extensive knowledge of couture garment construction, including corsetry.
  • Have strong technical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Have the ability to work well as part of a small team.
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work well to deadlines.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a proactive work ethic, a cando attitude and creative flair.
Competitive rates of pay offered dependant on experience.
