Engineering Manager

Team Size: 8-10

Location:
London (hybrid, 2/3 days pw)

Salary:
Up To £100k (flex)

Bens:
Up to 20% bonus, 10% pension + more

You must be based in the UK and the role does not offer sponsorship.
**The company
**A globally recognised brand that is going through a significant Agile & DevOps transformation to modernise their tech environment.
**The role
**You will be responsible for the technical oversight of your selected engineering team, and also be a key factor in the implementation of direct changes based within the company. With the company transitioning to become more agile, you will be workingclosely with select team members such as DMs and the product team, whilst being the driving force as they move through their roadmap. Responsible for embedding good engineering culture and principles, empowering others, defining good processes and more. Thisis not a hands on role, we're looking for someone with a technical backgrond who can implement best practice
**About you
**You have previous experience leading a cross-functional team of circa 5-10 heads. You have a technical background (either software development, DevOps, or testing), no longer hands-on but able to embed best practice. A core focus of this role is tointroduce new and effective Agile & DevOps practices so knowledge of this is imporant.
