Salary:
Up to £35k per annum dependant on experience

Hours: 37.5 per week

HR Director

The Quill CofE Trust is looking to recruit an exceptional HR Advisor who has experience in providing advice and guidance across the entire employee journey.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated HR team providing support to staff and managers across our schools and our early years settings on the full range of HR practices.


Job Overview:


This role will support the HR Director and the wider HR team in delivering a holistic HR service and will focus on key performance indicators to ensure that the Trust has a consistent workforce i.e., supporting with attendance management, recruitment, retention and exit strategies.

As part of this role, you will be expected to maintain good client relations and have a flexible approach.


About You:


You will be Level 5 CIPD qualification with relevant operational HR experience covering a range of employee relation issues i.e., matters of capability, performance, sickness, absence, disciplinary and grievance together with terms and conditions of service and organisational change.

You will also have experience of policy development.
