As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of escalation in providing technical support to all employees, helping to ensure the smooth-running of IT functions across the business.


Day to day your duties will include - Handling all IT issues through the internal ticketing system, maintaining the ITSM system, managing hardware stock, maintaining anti-virus software, providing desk-top and virtual support.


About you

  • Experience in a 2nd Line Support role
  • Awareness of ITIL Foundations
  • Understanding of Cyber Security
  • Excellent communication and personable skills
  • Logical thinking and problem solving
  • Basic understanding of Cyber Security
Based NG7

Full-time

9am - 5pm
