Description

The main duties of the role will include:

  • Create presentations and reports
  • Organise and prepare meetings and meeting agendas, and take minutes during meetings
  • Perform research across a variety of functions including site works, people, compliance, regulations and best practices.
  • Perform calculations and checks on different aspects of the business as per the requirements from the MD
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other departments, including accounts, payroll, recruitment, procurement, legal
  • Book business travel arrangements
  • Be prepared to support other business areas when required

Ideal applicants will have:

  • A "can do" and "positive" attitude
  • Strong organisation, presentation, and clerical skills
  • Clear communication skills
  • Data driven effective basic calculation skills and ability to explore challenging questions simply and analytically
  • Effective at researching non specialist topics
  • Strong numerical/maths skills
  • Discretion and professionalism

£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
