Northern Health GPPO Ltd is located in the North region of Manchester to provide extended Primary Care Access to its patients registered within 33 local GP practices.
The service is available to registered patients during the weekend and weekends from various community based primary care hubs, strategically placed across the catchment area to provide equity of access.
The service provides patients with access to a GP, a Practice Nurse or HCA via a pre-booked appointment for planned or unscheduled presentations as an extension of their own surgery outside of normal surgery hours.
The Extended Access Primary Care HCA will work alongside and support the service based primary health care team, delivering high quality health care appropriate to the needs of the local population.
