Requirements:

Ability to commute to or relocate to Silverstone
Minimum 16 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Follow technical drawings to assemble cables using tools such as soldering irons, crimp tooling, and automatic wire preparation equipment.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Communicate effectively with team members and line managers to address issues that arise during the workday.
Work within set target times to ensure efficient cable assembly.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, adhering to quality standards.
Adhere to safety standards to maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Excellent problemsolving skills.
Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly role preferred.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
Basic mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Knowledge in the cable assembly industry is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
