Requirements:
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Silverstone
- Minimum 16 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Follow technical drawings to assemble cables using tools such as soldering irons, crimp tooling, and automatic wire preparation equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and line managers to address issues that arise during the workday.
- Work within set target times to ensure efficient cable assembly.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, adhering to quality standards.
- Adhere to safety standards to maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly role preferred.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge in the cable assembly industry is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
