About the Role


Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with our business stakeholders to understand their growth strategies and ensure we attract and hire the right talent, at the right velocity, to ensure Sibyllines success is driven forward.

This will involve supporting our embedded security and intelligence operations and other business support functions as required.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders to understand Sibyllines strategy for growth and ensure our activities enable our success.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies based on labour market and competitor analysis, benchmarking, and other survey data to facilitate our business growth.
  • Provide ongoing reporting regarding status of current open vacancies to the HR team and hiring managers.
  • Become the hiring managers trusted goto person for all things linked to talent attraction and acquisition.
  • In times of heavy recruitment volume, work with stakeholders to establish priorities and action plans.
  • Continuously look at new channels for sourcing and advertising to enable us to develop diverse funnels.
  • Ensure that you adopt and promote the bestinclass use of our evolving TA technology stack to attract the right talent.
  • Raise attractiveness issues to the Talent Acquisition Manager, our People Branch, hiring managers, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure that you remain up to date on TA technologies and trends and advise the Talent Acquisition Manager accordingly.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 35 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • CIPD Assoc. certification or equivalent
  • A good understanding of LinkedIn and how it functions. You should be comfortable using the Recruiter search function.
  • Good IT skills and an interest in how data can help you work better.
  • You are curious, dedicated, and learn from your mistakes and pride yourself in providing the best level of service that you can give.
