Basic salary of £30,000 + monthly bonus- 40 hour contract with Fridays finish at 2:45pm

Primary duties of a retentions team leader consist of:- Lead and manage a customer retention team.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
- Track and analyse customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure that both individual and group targets are achieved by providing support and motivation to the team.
- Train team members on effective customer service techniques.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Take responsibility for overseeing behaviour and attitudes in the workplace to enhance relationships with colleagues and management.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support in the planning and prioritisation of retention activities and develop incentives to ensure team success.
- Drive team towards meeting and exceeding retention targets.
The Successful Applicant:
- Direct team leader experience
- Experience in a customer service managerial position
- Prior experience in a similar industry
- Ability to manage and implement KPI/SLA's in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership abilities
- Proficient experience in various systems, Excel, Microsoft & other
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and conflictresolution skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- A customeroriented mindset
