Responsibilities
As a
Commercial Assistant, you'll be working within the Devonport Dock team, supporting them by liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors and ensuring you have all of the information for them to be set up on the accounts/invoicing system (Tradex).
Your day to day will include:
- Liaising with Vendors for onboarding purposes.
- Updating and sending Non-Disclosure Agreements to Vendors.
- Ensuring correct information has been uploaded to Tradex, approving, or declining where necessary.
- Updating spreadsheets, sending out questionnaires and assisting with any other administration duties.
