    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Practitioner to join our team at one of our partner nurseries in Bristol.

    About the Role

    This is a permanent, full-time role working 4 long days per week – giving you a regular weekday off while still working full time. You will be working closely with a warm and welcoming team to support babies in their early development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing high-quality care and education for babies aged 0-2 years old
    • Implementing child-centred practice and contributing to a supportive and caring team environment
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
    • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

    Requirements

    • A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
    • Experience working with babies aged 0-2 years old
    • A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
    • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
    • A genuine love of early years education and care
