Description

Job description Children's Residential Deputy Manager

We are looking for a deputy manager or an experienced senior who is tired of the system the way it is and wants to work for an organisation that is prepared to do things differently, to support its staff fully through training and therapeutic supervision for you as well as your staff team, if this sounds like you then please send us your CV and we will be in touch.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a warm and supportive, caring team, and create an enabling environment for children and adolescents to grow up in and change their lives.

We are delivering the North East London Commissioning Partnership (NELCP) contract and this opportunity will be to manage an EBD service based in Tower Hamlets.

The Home offers long term placements for children and young people aged between 11 and 17 with EBD.

In addition to this, you will have the option to engage in NELCP activities such as the quarterly provider's forum and benefit from the QA oversight of the contract, you will be supported by your RM, RI, QA Manager and the project board to help you deliver an Outstanding service.

We would be happy to consider someone with extensive Senior Support Worker experience that is willing to be developed to become the Deputy Manager and then work with the Registered Manager who will develop you to take over from them in the years to come.

If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for then please send your CV today.
