THE ROLE:


The Department for Academic Services provides a comprehensive and high-quality administrative service to applicants, students, colleagues and external stakeholders on behalf of the University of Portsmouth.

The Academic Administration Section of Academic Services supports students and academic colleagues through a network of administrative offices, aligned with the Faculties.

The post holder will have responsibility for the administration of specific courses and modules. They will support the systems administration and working practices undertaken throughout the student journey, from registration through to graduation.

The purpose of the role is to deliver effective and efficient administration, focussing on accuracy of data and the provision of professional and friendly support to academic staff and colleagues.
