CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting our Andover, Hampshire based client who is in need of a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support them on a temporary basis reducing a back log of invoices and complete bank reconciliation's.

Our client offers onsite parking in Andover, flexible hours. This temporary assignment will be 6-8 weeks.

What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

  • Processing supplier invoices;
  • High volume bank reconciliations, including daily and monthly reconciliations;
  • Query resolution;
  • Take care payments over the phone;
  • Ensure payments are logged and coded correctly;
  • Inputting and manipulating data via Excel;
  • Ad hoc tasks for the wider team.
  • For this Finance Assistant role it would be highly advantageous previous experience working in a high volume environment;
  • Experience preparing multiple bank reconciliations;
  • Can work to strict deadlines;
  • Confident telephone manner;
  • Available at short notice as requires an immediate start.
