Position Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our client's offices across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process invoices while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve vendor queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate supplier payments and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with processing employee expenses and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support AP processes and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software

Work Schedule:
This role will support the US division of our client's business, with working hours from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
