Position Overview:


As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our client's offices across the globe.

Your responsibilities will include invoice processing, query resolution, supplier payments, supplier statement reconciliations, and expenses processing. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently process invoices while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve vendor queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate supplier payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with processing employee expenses and reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support AP processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software

Work Schedule:


This role will support the US division of our client's business, with working hours from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Our client offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility between remote work and in-office collaboration.
