Recruitment Consultant - Finance Division - Birmingham offices/hybrid 1 day pw after probation - start salary to 24/25k DOE + commission + individual & team bonus + career development plan with staged salary increments, OTE excellent - ideal for an experienced resourcer on next step or consultant after that professional market place experience
A national recruiter with over 20 years experience in professional sector recruitment solutions

The opportunity will see you join an established Finance Team who focuses on providing Finance professionals.

You will work closely with your colleagues to both source leads and fill vacancies from a client base that will be aware of your professional services offered or via targeted new customers that you have identified.


Prior experience of the Finance sector is not a requirement although may be beneficial, training will be provided, you just need to bring recruitment resourcing and/or recruitment consultant experience to the table and, be confident of working with a professional industry sector and its people.


Key responsibilities of the role would show:

  • Learn about your sector, become a specialist for your network
  • Generating talent through job boards and social media channels
  • Managing individual targets
