Part marketing, part technologist, you're not someone that settles for average.This is a chance to build a new team that will measure our (not insignificant) marketing spends and help build the strategy of where and when we invest.
We've done a great job of growing our brand, consistently expanding our customer base, but now it's time to get scientific about it.
You'll select the right tools and systems to monitor our spend, running experiments to build an attribution model across multi-media platforms.
It's a team sport at tombola.You'll join a Marketing leadership team that is focussed on our brand, our conversion and our growth and will translate their requirements into an implementable strategy that will make a genuine difference to the bottom line.
You'll know all about the digital acquisition funnel, which tools are best and which ones we should avoid, and will enjoy getting stuck into a small team that is doing big things.
Apart from the marketing folks, you'll work closely with our technology teams.Collaborating, cooperating, influencing, call it what you like, it's all about working together to hit the shared goal - making us Europe's Biggest Bingo-led Brand.
Stuff you've probably done in the past:
- Worked on the digital acquisition funnel, optimising return on investment.
- Understood/used/implemented different tools for analysing customer spend.
- Influenced, challenged, been challenged at senior levels.
- Worked with colleagues across different locations.
- Used the phrase "the data says" a lot.
