Multi-Skilled Operative - Carpenter/UPVC

c£31,000 per annum (pro rata)

(plus £500 vehicle responsibility allowance)

We are looking for an additional Multi Skilled Operative to join our busy Responsive Repairs team on a temporary fixed term basis for up to 6 months as soon as possible.

You should have strong carpentry and UPVC skills. On average our Multi Skilled Operative will complete - 8 jobs per day.

In addition to carrying out day to day repairs you will also occasionally be involved in ongoing planned works as required by the business.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

Carpentry/UPVC experience
Ideally previous housing sector experience, but not essential
Excellent customer service skills
Competence in using IT and be able to consistently follow department processes.
13.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays (for the 6 month contract period)
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.00 am)
4.30 pm
