Programme Support Officer to play a key role in our exciting SWITCH Transformation Programme. As a key member of our team, you will provide crucial support to ensure the success of the programme.

To embed The Surrey Way, we are looking for a Programme Support Officer to work within SWITCH, the Surrey Way Innovation, Transformation & Change programme.
SWITCH will lay the groundwork for our future operating model, revolutionising our work processes for the benefit of residents, optimising our resources, and enhancing internal and external collaboration.
Adopting a design-led approach, we will explore new organisational models and frameworks to maximise our capabilities and identify the most efficient use of resources.
You will need to provide support to the Programme Manager and the wider team in the delivery of the SWITCH Transformation programme.
About you
We are looking for people who can evidence excellent communication skills, show they are able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities and can demonstrate an ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and requirements and unexpected changes with a positive attitude.
Applicants should have a proven record of working closely with other team members, stakeholders and colleagues from different areas and have an ability to collaborate, build relationships and work effectively in a team to drive successful outcomes.
