Our client is looking for a Complaints Specialist to join their busy team where you will be responding to and processing all customer enquiries.


Duties to include:


  • Responding to and resolving all complaints received, either written or verbal and update the database accordingly and in a timely manner
  • Ensure Team Leader is aware of any potential issues
  • Provide a regular complaint summary indicating the current status of complaints, detailing costs and losses to the business
  • Meet individual performance targets
  • Own all issues through to resolution

Skills & Ability

  • Have at least 2 years experience in a complaint handling role
  • Confident in decision making
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation/objection handling skills
  • Able to interact with team members and thrive in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel to intermediate level
  • Workflow management
