Our client is looking for a Complaints Specialist to join their busy team where you will be responding to and processing all customer enquiries.
Duties to include:
- Responding to and resolving all complaints received, either written or verbal and update the database accordingly and in a timely manner
- Ensure Team Leader is aware of any potential issues
- Provide a regular complaint summary indicating the current status of complaints, detailing costs and losses to the business
- Meet individual performance targets
- Own all issues through to resolution
Skills & Ability
- Have at least 2 years experience in a complaint handling role
- Confident in decision making
- Have excellent communication skills
- Good negotiation/objection handling skills
- Able to interact with team members and thrive in a team environment
- Knowledge of Word and Excel to intermediate level
- Workflow management
