Est West Earlham Dental Practice is an independently owned, NHS and mixed private practice located in Norwich.

Ideally you will be competent to contribute in the following ways:

• Have at least one year's dental experience
• Demonstrating excellent dental knowledge
• Having an awareness of CQC audits, risk assessments, and decontamination protocols
• Achieving exemplary standards
• Ensuring all practice policies and procedures are followed
• Maintain accurate compliance databases
• Ensure all registration meet the requirements and standards
• Contribute to the planning, development and growth of the practice
• Providing support to the team
• Motivating your peers on a daytoday basis
• Have a desire for career progression in dentistry (clinical and/or nonclinical)
• Ability to use digital systems to advance your career

Requirements:

• Ideally have some experience of dentistry and compliance
• Organised, IT literate with good communication skills
• Shows initiative, confidence and enthusiasm
• Be flexible, willing and open to learning new methods/skills
