Description
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Assistant/Administrator will be responsible for acting as first line support to all clients with shipment/after-sales enquiries; ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Duties Include:
- Processing customers' payments and creating associating invoice paperwork etc.
- Picking and assembling tuning systems efficiently.
- Liaising with courier/logistics companies to ensure customers' goods are received on time.
- Supporting the Technical Manager by ensuring all customer issues are recorded and handled timely.
- Monitoring stock, packaging, stationery and ordering replacements.
- Offering support and guidance and any assistance when required.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer support system.
- Packaging and shipping items ready for daily dispatch.
- Providing meet and greet front of house.
- General administration and administrative support.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience of working within an automotive/technical customer support role is not essential but would be beneficial.
- Experience of providing a high level of customer service with an emphasis on exceeding customer
- IT literate.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Natural problem solver with a technical mind.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management (advantage).
- Positive nature and a good team player.
- Determined and selfmotivated.
Salary:
£18,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
