Insurance Customer Service Advisor

Location:
Chesterfield


Job Type:
Full time 9.00am - 5.00pm


Salary:
£22k - £27k depending on experience, plus bonus

A leading general insurer and financial services company, has been serving the rural community for over 100 years.

At their local agency office in Chesterfield, they deliver their award-winning service and sell their product range across our region, championing the honest, personal approach to customer service they are famous for.


Preferred Background:

  • A strong academic background; minimum of 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including English and Maths.
  • An untarnished personal financial record
  • Knowledge of agriculture / rural living an advantage
  • Well presented
  • Confident using the telephone
  • Have a good work ethic
  • You will enjoy working in a customer service role
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • At ease when talking to people from all backgrounds
  • Able to "get to grips" with new technology

Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chesterfield, Derbyshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Insurance Industry: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
