My client is looking for a Senior Service Analyst based in Central London. This is a 12-month hybrid contract to start asap.

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Service Analyst is accountable for the service life cycle of the technology within their portfolio/function ensuring that all Services are delivered to agreed standard, quality, and performance.

The role holder is accountable for communicatingall process related activities to the relevant parties in a customer focused manner and deal with any issues as they arise.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Has technical aspect and more analyst side, the hiring manager is looking for more technical aspects of payroll knowledge, SAP HR knowledge, success knowledge.
