We are supporting our TEAM member Personnel Selection are working with this fantastic company in Andover, who currently require an HR Administrator.
The role will be varied and fast-paced and will really suit an HR professional who pays great attention to detail.
The ideal arrangement would be for 1 days attendance at the Andover office and the other 4 days could be worked remotely.
The hours are 9 to 5 Mon to Fri.
This is a fantastic business, who offer a wealth of benefits such as 23 days annual leave (rising to 26 after year 1), plus additional wellness days.
This person will support the HR team in providing a high quality and effective generalist HR administrative service to the business.
The HR team provides HR support to the Company across the whole EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region, and consists of an HR Director, and HR Manager, an HR Co-Ordinator, Receptionist & Administrator and this post, an HR Administrator.
The role will involve:
- Payroll administration
- L&D
- Performance management and reports
- Variation to contract letters
- Pensions and benefits administration
- GDPR
- Policies and Procedures
- Internal announcements
If you have experience using Workday, that would be great Full training will be given though, so as long as you have a solid background in HR and the ability to think outside of the box, this could be a great role for you.
