We're looking for an organised individual to join our Software Services Support Team.

You will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their premium sales data, and we can provide you with the training, mentoring and support you need to thrive in the role.

Knowledge & Experience

We are looking for someone with the following skills/experience:

  • Customer service and administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Be able to present information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Be highly motivated and proactive.
  • Be a logical thinker.
  • Fluent English speaking.

The role includes:

  • Providing the highest level of service to our clients.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, including data entry and collecting relevant information.
  • Communicating
with clients and suppliers to obtain data and chase services outstanding.

  • Checking integrity and accuracy of data, helping to troubleshoot issues and ensuring timely data collection.
  • Monitoring the system to ensure data is up to date.
  • Assisting with the testing of our systems where required, and ensuring they are of high quality.
  • Assisting with the training of clients and internal staff.

Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
