We're looking for an organised individual to join our Software Services Support Team.

You will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their premium sales data, and we can provide you with the training, mentoring and support you need to thrive in the role.

Knowledge & Experience

We are looking for someone with the following skills/experience:

Customer service and administration experience.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Be able to present information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Be highly motivated and proactive.
Be a logical thinker.
Fluent English speaking.

The role includes:

Providing the highest level of service to our clients.
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, including data entry and collecting relevant information.
Communicating

with clients and suppliers to obtain data and chase services outstanding.

Checking integrity and accuracy of data, helping to troubleshoot issues and ensuring timely data collection.
Monitoring the system to ensure data is up to date.
Assisting with the testing of our systems where required, and ensuring they are of high quality.
Assisting with the training of clients and internal staff.
