We are working exclusively with a local authority client in Kent with a requirement for an Estates Surveyor to join the team on a 1 year FTC.

Our client is currently in the process of modernising their asset management programme and data and requires an experienced surveyor to oversee a schedule of Landlord and Tenant matters across their varied estate.

This role will include:

Leading on all estates management work relating to an allocated portfolio of properties comprising part of the council's commercial portfolio, including the grant of new leases, surrenders, renewals, rent reviews and landlord and tenant approvals
Day to day management of a mixed commercial estate inclusive of community buildings, neighbourhood centres, brand new leisure scheme and industrial estate
Providing high quality, expert valuation and strategic asset management advice to the Council in connection with the development of land and property holdings at a wider estate level
Leading on the periodic review of land and property assets to identify opportunities to generate capital receipts or add value to the portfolio, including identifying and implementing any opportunities to generate new and innovative income streams

This role will offer up to £40,000 and fantastic opportunities to work flexibly/remotely with a requirement to be in the office c.

1 day per fortnight.
