A new and exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a busy school in the Tipton area.
Please note that this role will require you to be on site, this is
not a work from home or hybrid opportunity.
About the role:
- Maintain HR Database, personnel files, ensuring all data and information is accurate and keeping in line with Data Protection requirements
- Implementing Employment policies and knowledge employment law
- Recruitment: organise interviews, pre employment checks, requesting DBS checks, creating personnel files.
- Staffing and Payroll
- Absence Management
- Day to day administration
Essential Skills
- 3 Years in a similar role
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- High level of ICT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a Children's Home or a School would be desirable
Working Hours
Full Time:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
