CCA Recruitment are recruiting a medical call agent for our client in Glasgow.

The salary for this role is £21000 plus 20% bonus

Below is what an average day can look like.

Greeting patients and their companions in a warm and friendly manner.

Booking appointments to the agreed standard, ensuring diary health is maintained at all times

Assisting patients and other colleagues with queries, including but not exclusive to appointments, repairs and general enquiries.

Supporting contact centre team by answering overflow calls and making outbound calls when appropriate to do so.

Ensure repairs are checked daily, any repairs you are able to do yourself should be done and any that needs to see a clinician to be arranged.

Patients must be kept informed regularly throughout the repair process.

Ensure mail is attended to on a daily basis and dealt with in a timely manner.

Support the clinical team by placing orders, calling patients who have missed or are running late for appointments and carrying out minor repairs to minimise clinicians time out of clinic.

Support the clinical team by closely managing each diary on the day, making sure patients are kept updated of any delay in their appointment time.

Provide support for staff in all other teams when needs and appropriate to do so, even if the request is not listed in this job description.
