The opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning industry leader in the UK's Building Services sector.

Alternative Heat specialises in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of Prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in Northern Ireland and shipped throughout Ireland, UK, and Europe.

We offer turnkey design and build, operating solutions for commercial energy centers and large-scale district heating solutions with experience of successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout the UK and Europe.

Through continuous investment within our teams, and our facilities, we have established ourselves as a leader within the industry with a turnover in excess of £60m and are on a growth trajectory as we continue to expand in new markets.

We are a
Market leader in the design and integration of Offsite Manufactured M&E services in the Data Centre and Decarbonisation Sectors, and as such we are recognised as the
contractor of choice, with a large portfolio of successfully delivered projects across the UK, ROI, and Europe.

we assume role of Specialist Prefab M&E Contractor, meaning we have control of all elements of our build, namely:

  • Design
  • Chilled Water Distribution Systems

We expect
significant growth in the years ahead, as the uptake and integration of decarbonisation gains momentum in line with 2030 and 2050 carbon reduction targets; and as continuing engagement of our services is helping to significantly reduce Data Centre build times.

Through close working relationships with our clients, we are continuing to secure multiple repeat orders with projects averaging between £5M and £15M.

We have a high-performing culture as we strive to become the supplier of choice for offsite prefabricated MEP solutions across the UK, ROI, and Europe.
