A new sports betting and gaming brand operating in Franco-Africa. They aim to become a leading omni-channel igaming operator in Africa and expand the brand across the continent.


Job Description This position will have a great impact on business development by planning, executing, and analysing key areas of performance marketing communications, paid and social promotions and ensuring growth.


You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of performance media against the business objectives, from planning through executing to reporting.

This role will be focused on recruiting, building, and leading the performance marketing team.

  • Execute multichannel performance marketing campaigns that deliver on business objectives with clear KPIs and measurement criteria.
  • Run daily performance marketing operations.
  • Manage the performance marketing team as well as partners and agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of all marketing campaigns and products.
  • Manage budgets for marketing channels and campaigns to maximize ROI and value.
  • Coordinate effective communication between marketing functions including CRM, and Marketing Support.
  • Have strong connection with our branches in Africa to maximise the message and communications by localise it.
  • Analyse marketing campaigns and provide insight for improvement.
  • Lead and guide team members and develop their skills.
  • The team work 5 days in the Victoria office. _

Who Fits The Bill:


  • 2+ years of experience in sportsbook / casino operations and / or marketing operations management.
  • Fluent French speaker
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the online gaming industry, tools and gaming trends.
  • Analytical and dataled approach.
  • A strong understanding of financial numbers and the ability to compile KPI and performance reports.
