Minimal Frame Projects are recruiting a Compliance Officer who will have a key role in developing, implementing and establishing our compliance framework, and will be integral to our continued growth as an ambitious UK based business.

We are a fast growing, high end architectural glazing company that works on the design, manufacture and installation of glass window and door systems, structural glass and architectural glazing.

The company works with architects, interior designers, property developers, contractors, and private clients on a wide variety of projects and is the UK partner for leading brands in the industry.

Minimal Frame Projects currently has 10 employees in total, and as part of our small team you will lead the development and implementation of plans, routines and policies that align with the companies current and future goals.

You will be responsible for establishing and driving the compliance framework forward, ensuring we are adhering to applicable outside regulatory and legal requirements, as well as internal policies and bylaws.

• To lead the development and implementation of the company's compliance function.
• To educate colleagues and senior business stakeholders on the required compliance policies, ensuring that they act and make informed business decisions that are in line with UK regulations and legislation.
• To be responsible for the effective management and upkeep of records, internal processes and procedures, ensuring they continually evolve with compliance regulations and the internal demands of an ambitious, growing business.
• Ensure the company is kept updates on changes in compliance regulations and legislative trends and direction, ensuring that the business is always on the front foot and prepared, in advance, for changes in the legislative landscape.
• To research, advise and instigate compliance measures with the Director.
• To analyse, problem solve and present solutions to the management team and wider business on compliance issues and challenges.

• Previous experience in a similar role (compliance officer)
• Industrial experience in Fenestration Products desired but not critical (structural glass, windows and doors).
• Be a proactive, selfstarter with a willingness to learn and develop be diplomatic yet firm as necessary
• You will be confident, selfmotivated, and highly organised.
• A mature outlook on how to approach your role and improve the business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
• Customer focused, develop strong working relationships
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure
• Established IT skills
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft office systems
