Customer Service Administrator

Work 4 days a week only 4 long days, on a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off.

(Work 4 days, get a 4 day weekend)
This role is ideal for applicants leaving the bar/hospitality industry.

A varied role, within a successful family run business in Anfield, you will be dealing with taking customers orders over the phone as part of a small team - this is NOT a call centre role, discussing alternatives when something is out of stock and really developinga good relationship with the customers, as many will be 'regulars'.

We're looking for 2 friendly, positive & highly organised applicants with great customer service skills, and confidence on the phone to join this successful, growing business.

The new jobs have been created due to an increase in business.

You will largely beinvolved in maintaining positive customer relations, dealing with orders both over the phone and online, administrative tasks.

There is lots of room for progression within this role for the right person.
Salary & Benefits


Salary:
£20,750 - £23,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours a week, across 4 days
Working 4 days a week only Your days will be 8am - 7pm.

The shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 days off to cover the businesses extensive opening hours, working 40 hour per week.

Holidays: 28 days holiday (please note you are not automatically given bank holidays off, these are working days like any other in this job due to the industry its in. If you need a bank holiday off, you would need to book it as a holiday)
Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience with working within Customer Advice, Sales, or phones is desirable
  • Positive, upbeat, excellent communication skills, and able to provide the best customer service both facetoface and on the phone
  • Proficient with computers, and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment, and thrive
  • Able to multitask, and stay organised
  • Natural problemsolving ability, able to think on your feet
  • Have a strong work ethic, and be eager to learn & improve
  • Knowledge of drinks products is desirable
Duties

  • Take customer details; double checking delivery/pay information, and orders are correct.
  • Produce invoices based on orders taken
  • Deal with customer payments and payment queries
  • A key link with the logistics department, enabling them to keep customers informed of delivery dates and delays
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
  • Monitor and organise inventory while effectively tracking new services and products
  • Maintain organised sales records and report monthend goal setting to the senior management team
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales, accounting and marketing activities.
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
