Technical Lead

Birmingham or London - WFH/Hybrid

£55k-£65k plus bonus and benefits package

  • Work with customers on technical leadership and map business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Liaise with the wider development teams on implementation issues and changes.
  • Conduct team stack reviews on a quarterly basis.

Tech areas:


  • MS SQL Server queries and stored procedures (transactSQL or equivalent).
  • Message queuing related middleware (MS MQ, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ).
  • Various networking concepts (tcp/ip, dns, load balancing, etc.).
  • BC/DR requirements and the underlying infrastructure and network setup.
  • Security authentication (SSL/SSH and others).
  • Authorisation and rolebased entitlements.

The below will be a nice to have:

  • COBOL (Fujitsu NETCOBOL and IBM AS400 Micro Focus) and VB.NET


  • Visual Studio 201

  • REST Services and Microsoft IIS
  • GitHub
  • Jira
- gRPC
