Marketing Manager| Private Healthcare & Wellness Industry| Competitive salary + benefits| 3 days in the office/ 2 remote


Zachary Daniels are partnered with a private healthcare business to help them find a new Marketing Manager for their in-house marketing team based in Farnham.

Within this role you will be the second in command for the marketing team and personally managetwo direct reports.

It will be your task to unite the marketing team - which is comprised of individuals across digital, product, communications, offline and events.

The team is split across two businesses within the group. This role will sit across both ofthem and will be tasked in delivering a workable united plan for both.


You will work in a B2B and B2C capacity - as you'll work alongside existing company partners to ensure company wide messaging is consistent and things happen on time with the end-consumer in mind at all times.

As the Marketing Manager you will work across - campaign management (in-store, direct mail and digital.

You will have a good knowledge of digital marketing and pushing the business to more of digital approach wherever possible.

You will be looking to createa positive in-store feel and experience for the consumers. You will drive sales and up-take of the company app and personal health plans. You will help to engage with the community, run and really drive events. You will be able analyse the marketing successand effectively report to senior stakeholders.


Marketing Manager - Key Experience:


  • Both a creative and strategic figure
  • Multiple successful years in marketing (retail, health, wellness, business services, b2b, ideally)
  • Attention to detail and project manager
  • Multisite/ store management experience
  • Team management experience
