Credit Control Team Leader

Cheltenham

£29,000 - £35,000 DoE
We are delighted to be partnering with a Global organisation in their search for an experienced Insurance Technician.

Our client offers an excellent working environment, the office is spacious and modern, and a relaxed and happy working atmosphere is alwayspromoted.


Our client operates within the commercial insurance sector, and the role focuses on the preparation and issuing of policy documentation, specifically within the London Market.


Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks and set priorities
  • Monitor team workloads, productivity, and quality of work
  • Act as first point of contact for the team
  • Assess unsatisfactory performance and problem behaviour
  • Assist with the development of team members
  • Recruitment of new team members

Requirements:


  • Previous people management experience essential
  • Previous insurance experience preferred
  • Previous experience setting learning objectives, giving performance feedback and training
