THE ROLE


As a Commis Waiter in The Lounge, you will be responsible for helping to create and deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:


  • Collaborate with waiting staff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and ready for the next party
  • Ensuring miseenplace is prepared, polished and ready each day and ensuring that service stations are full
  • Observe table and alert the waiting team if guests need anything at all
  • Answer guests' questions as required and be knowledgeable about the menus
  • Ensure all dirty plates are removed from the stations as soon as they are cleared from the tables
  • To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards.
  • To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.
