Job Purpose

To provide support to the Finance function across a wide range of activities and to allow the trainee to experience an environment of real-life finance practices to complement their qualification.

The role will involve rotations across the different areas and teams of finance.

Responsibilities:

The precise nature of your responsibilities will be determined by the demands of the business.

The role will encompass, amongst others, assisting with:

Assisting with routine Financial Controls and monthend close activities
Assisting in preparation of materials to support statutory reporting.
Providing financial analysis support as required
Supporting planning, budgeting, and forecasting process
Preparing management accounting reporting for decision making
Partnering with the business to maintain and improve financial performance.
Adhoc duties as reasonably requested.

Qualifications:

Numerical based degree, such as: Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics and Engineering
Exposure to fundamentals of accounting
Excellent Microsoft excel skills and general Digital abilities.
Motivation to undertake an Accounting Qualification (such as CIMA, ACCA) and develop a career in Finance.
