The Role


The key objective of the Customer Experience Executive is to deliver day-to-day communications to drive income and growth of the business, ensuring Bright Horizons is at the forefront of the minds of parents, working professionals, employers, and stakeholders.


You will work in partnership with relevant stakeholders including the Marketing and Work + Family teams, to deliver impactful and effective customer journeys, ensuring that data is at the heart of all decisions.


Responsible For:

  • Track and analyse campaign performance
  • Partner with colleagues in the US to support the implementation and ongoing marketing of global clients
  • You will be proficient in excel and able to create reports on request
  • Work closely with the Creative team to ensure brand guidelines are met and copy fits with Bright Horizons tone of voice

Essential Experience:

  • A relevant degree in digital/marketing or at least one years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and copywriting skills, creative with an eye for detail

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree, ideally in marketing, communications or similar discipline

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent influencer, changemaker and effective communicator (oral and in writing)
  • High energy and thrives in a fastpaced, dynamic environment calm approach and 'cando' attitude
  • Able to use data and numerical detail effectively to inform strategy, measure impact and drive quality
  • Ability to travel within the UK; flexibility to work at home or from a regional office as required, with overnight stays as necessary
