Customer Support Advisor
Basingstoke/Greenham
£11 per hour
Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Support Advisor. This position is full time hours on a contract basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide transactional administration support to resolve customer queries through the Customer Service Management Centre across the range of channels
- Work directly with internal and external customers to solve problems efficiently and effectively, keeping customers involved and aware of progress
- Work to SLA and KPI in order to provide the best level of service possible
- Ad hoc administrative and customer service duties as directed by line management
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in a contact/call centre environment (housing sector preferred)
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of GDPR
