The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Fund Administration Oversight Analyst to join an Asset Management Organisation based in London.


The role holder will be responsible for oversight of fund onboarding, vendor management/transfer agency, for a range of Luxembourg and international funds.

Key remits

Responsible for fund onboarding
Transfer agency oversight
Responsible for KIID and MI reporting
Dealing with payments and support of funds
Preparing legal documents and key prospectuses
Manage queries from both internal and external clients
Ensuring regulatory compliance

Experience

  • 3 years proven fund administration, onboarding or oversight experience within Asset Management/3rd party environment
Experience with funds
Knowledge of UCITS - Irish Domiciled/ Lux Funds would be useful
Ability to liaise with stakeholders and manage relationships
Good organisational skills
Good Excel skills
Ability to problem solve and identify risk
Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast passed environments
