Bank Radiology Administrative Assistant | Mount Stuart Hospital | Bank Contract - Adhoc hours

The role will be varied providing assistance to the imaging manager, the radiographers and their administrator colleagues. The responsibilities will be numerous but will be focused on, booking appointments and dealing with telephone enquiries. Previous experience in these areas is desirable but not essential.

What you'll bring with you- Be well presented, with a polite, presentable, courteous manner- Be flexible- Have sound computer / IT skills- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with consultants, colleagues, patients and visitors on a day to day basis- Provide a high level of customer service by responding efficiently to telephone calls, enquiries and requests- Be able to work in a team- Be able to work under own initiative and have an ability to prioritise own workload

In return we offer- Competitive rate of pay in accordance to experience and clinical skills- Enhancements for unsocial hours (30% enhancement on Saturdays, 50% enhancement on Sundays)- Free parking and subsidised staff restaurant
